Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at [YOUR-EMAIL@domain.com] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return shipping is free — we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• We do not issue refunds to a different card or account than the one used at purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• To request an exchange, email [YOUR-EMAIL@domain.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• We will cover all costs for return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no charge.
